Terms of Use

1. The service

The app is free to download and play. It shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen and rewarded ads that you watch only when you choose. Some items can be bought through in-app purchases.

2. In-app purchases

• Remove Ads, Ball Collection and Starter Pack are one-time purchases. Mystery Bag packs, Wax Shard packs and the Limited Pack are consumables you can buy more than once. Payments are processed by Apple.
• Consumables are delivered as in-game currency right away and are stored only on your device. They are lost if you delete the app or change devices, and cannot be restored with “Restore Purchases”.
• Bonuses such as double items on your first purchase of each pack, or the 24-hour Limited Pack, may change or end.
• Refunds follow Apple’s policies and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Benefits of refunded items may be removed from the app.
• One-time purchases made with the same Apple Account can be restored in Settings > Premium > “Restore Purchases”.
• Prices are as shown on the App Store and may vary by region and tax.

3. In-game currency and Mystery Bags

In-game currencies and items such as Squeeze, Wax Shards, Mystery Bags and Mallangs are for use in the game only, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or other currencies or transferred to others. The odds for each rarity in Mystery Bags are shown under “View odds” on the Mallangs screen in the app.

4. Game data

Game progress is stored only on your device, without an account. Progress may be lost if you delete the app or change devices, and we cannot recover it. Purchased items can be restored with “Restore Purchases”.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not modify or reverse-engineer the app, obtain currencies or items by abnormal means, or interfere with the operation of the app or its services.

6. Changes to and end of the service

We may change or update game content, balance and items. If we need to end the service, we will let you know in advance through the app or this page.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by device failure, network issues, or data loss.

8. Apple standard terms

Matters not covered here are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for support or warranties for this app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved by the competent court under applicable law. This does not limit any more favorable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
